On Wednesday morning, I visited Norbert at FAG Bearing Company in Schweinfurt. Schweinfurt was only an hour away. Norbert showed me a forging operation where these burly guys were hammering hot steel billets with their hands. I was surprised to see that.
I was told there was a large US Army base nearby but I didn't see anything. After visiting FAG, I drove to Kraichtal to visit Argos-Hytos. That was about a 210 mile (3 hour drive). I arrived mid-afternoon.
