Lohr, Germany (1)
On Thursday I checked out of the Parkhotel, drove the scenic route to Lohr and checked into the Hotel Bundschuh which is a family owned hotel.
Mr. Bundschuh always spoke to me in impeccable english, but Mrs. Bundschuh always spoke to me in german. I would say "ja, ja" to her so she assumed I understood her and she'd keep on talking to me in german.
Mr. Bundschuh was also the waiter/chef at the hotel restaurant and I always ordered the boar dish.
>On Friday I visited Rexroth which made hydraulic valves. I visited Rexroth/Lohr another four times. I often had dinner with Rexroth's Sales Manager Bernhard. He was a fun guy and very good at his job.
This was the last day of work on this trip. I stayed at the Hotel Bundschuh that night and drove all the way to Frankfurt Saturday morning to catch my flight home.
In the next four Lohr links in this travelogue you will see the same pictures.
